1. Acceptance of Terms

This information must be consistent with the bank account details used for financial transactions on the platform.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. raa88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or customer support channels. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately at [email protected]. All activity carried out under your account remains your responsibility unless and until we receive written notification of a security breach.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the raa88 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as appropriate legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, data scraping tools, or any other unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Cheating, colluding with other users, or using unfair means to gain an advantage in any game or bet.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform's systems.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the raa88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is their own and is legally valid under Malaysian law.
Minimum deposit and maximum withdrawal limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
Deposit processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals to local Malaysian bank accounts are typically processed within one to three business days. Any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors are beyond raa88's control. The recipient bank account name must match the name registered on your raa88 account profile to avoid delays or rejected transactions.
Raa88 is not liable for any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers. Users are advised to review their respective payment provider's terms before making any transaction.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The raa88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, raa88 makes no implied or express warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. raa88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service interruptions, system failures, or events beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
Raa88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or at the platform's discretion to protect the integrity of its services. Balances remaining in accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations may be forfeited without compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the raa88 platform — including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of raa88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from raa88.
Third-Party Links
The raa88 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. raa88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users interact with third parties entirely at their own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes relating to the use of the raa88 platform.
